Direct Primary Care Plans
What Are Direct Primary Care (DPC) Plans?
Section titled “What Are Direct Primary Care (DPC) Plans?”Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a subscription-style healthcare model where you pay a flat monthly fee directly to a doctor or clinic. In return, you get unlimited access to primary care services without the complexities of insurance billing.
Key Features
Section titled “Key Features”- Flat Monthly Fee: Typically $50–$100 per month for adults, lower for children
- Unlimited Primary Care: Office visits, routine checkups, and basic lab work included
- Direct Access: Same-day or next-day appointments, longer visits, and direct communication with your doctor
- No Insurance Billing: DPC practices don’t file insurance claims—everything is covered by your membership fee
